THE ART OF BATH: HAMMAM

Hammam is a traditional type of bath that is an important part of Turkish culture and do in a hot and steamy environment. The origins of hammam date back to Roman baths, but it has been given a unique architectural and cultural structure by the Turks.
In our treatments; olive oil-based soaps rich in vitamin E, nourishing the skin are used.
In addition, in our Anatolia Hamam ritual; an antibacterial Rhassoul clay mask is applied, which effectively and safely cleans toxins and dead skin in the body, balances sebum and tightens pores.

  • The hot steam used in the hamam strengthens the immune system by expanding blood vessels and increasing circulation in the body, opening pores and allowing toxins to be removed.
  • Hot steam is extremely effective in repairing tired and aching muscles.
  • The foam massage you experience in the hamam causes your body to experience a significant increase in blood flow, which stimulates the senses and gives vitality.
  • Thanks to the intense use of heat and steam, as well as the relaxing foam massage, your mind and body rest and relax.
